Our team is responsible for the assembly of high-quality and innovative products.Collaborate with the bestAs a Logistics Senior Specialist and as a member of the Logistics and Custom COE you will contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the logistics and customs processes across all regions. You will support governance, compliance, standardization, simplification, operation efficiency and digital transformation initiatives working in close collaboration with regional teams and global functions.As a Logistics Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for:Support the implementation and monitoring of global logistics and customs frameworksCollaborate with Regional Logistics, Business Logistics, Transportation, ITC, Procurement, Finance, and Enterprise Operations to assist in strategy execution and cost optimization initiativesMonitor and report on KPIs, leveraging data analytics to identify improvement opportunities, cost avoidance, savings, and productivity enhancementsDevelop ideas and lead implementation projects for AI & PowerBI application in IET Logistics environmentsAssist in developing and maintaining global standards, procedures, and controls for customs and logistics operationsParticipate in projects focused on digital transformation, automation, and lean process improvementContribute to initiatives that simplify, standardize,
and automate logistics and customs processesShare best practices and foster synergies across the organization and industrySupport communication efforts on market trends and global challenges to help mitigate risks proactivelyEnsure adherence to HSEQ and compliance standards in line with company policiesFoster teamwork and a culture of inclusion, learning, and growthFuel your passionTo be successful in this role, you will:Have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related fieldHave 5+ years of experience in global logistics, transportation, customs compliance, and warehousingHave experience in policy governance, process design, and CoEHave good knowledge of AI concepts and Power BI for analyticsBe able to lead change and influence without authorityHave good knowledge of logistics and customs processes and regulationsQualifications & SkillsAnalytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
