This includes, for instance, participating in networking events. /liliContribute to the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). /liliManage all clients/prospects entering the store for any reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints). /liliHandle all clients/prospects entering the store for whatever reason (browsing, purchase, after-sales, complaints) /liliHandle the sales process according to established service standards (from initial Welcome to final Packaging). /li /ulh3CRM (Customer Relations Management) /h3ulliEnrich the CRM database with client information, ensuring data collection quality aligns with defined KPIs.
