Datwyler Group is seeking a Legal Counsel for IP and Technology-related Contracts in Castelli Calepio, Italy. This role is pivotal in managing and safeguarding the company’s intellectual property across various technology-driven activities. You will lead legal reviews of agreements and ensure compliance, protecting corporate interests during commercial transactions.

The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience in IP law and a law degree, along with excellent negotiation and analytical skills. Fluency in English and German is required, and familiarity with legal tech tools is a plus.
