ppIn EAA studios, we aim to maintain a practice focused on “situation”. According to this design approach, each and every element of a design is connected one another to constitute complete integration with context. In this sense, we believe that interior design is a continuation of architecture. As such, they are implicitly integrated under meticulous attention to increase the quality of end user experience. In this regard, we are looking for talented and enthusiastic Interior Designers to work at the EAA Firenze Studio who can understand the connection between interior design and architecture in EAA’s design approach. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liComprehending the design project, /li liGeneratingand revising drawings, models, images, material mood boards and other documents associated with the design, when needed, /li liContributing to interior design ideas and schemes by integrating interdisciplinary criteria to effectively improve designs of the projects, /li liContributing to the management of the internal design team by assisting when required, /li liSupporting, if not assisting, when needed. /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborating with Project Teams, Project Leaders, and Design Partner, /li liContacting and collaborating with other stakeholders and/or clients regarding the course of design, /li liEnriching design ideas through technical maneuvers and efficiently using proper tools to investigate, create and document.
/li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul liA relevant professional degree in interior design or architecture, /li li5+ years of experience after graduation, focused particularly on Interiors, /li liStrong design, 2D and 3D modeling skills, /li liHigh level proficiency of Sketchup, AutoCAD, Lumion, and Adobe Suite skills, /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English, /li liExperience in working in collaborative environment to develop project documentation, /li liHaving an artistic talent, professional skill, and enthusiasm for architectural interior depiction, /li liWorking with minimal supervision, acting well individually and in teams, sharing information and supporting colleagues, /li liHaving built and published project experience is a plus. /li liHigh level of graphical understanding with ability to communicate ideas effectively. /li liBeing precise and perfect at tasks, /li liFamiliarity with industrial procedures, international regulations, and production details, /li liStrong time management, good prioritization, team player, /li liEnthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and flexible, /li liHaving no restriction to travel. /li /ul pAt EAA, we welcome and encourage diversity in the workplace.
