ph3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liIndependent execution of activities in compliance with procedures (work instructions / Lifecycle) in the testing or assembly department /li liManagement of non-conformities and recording of test results in digital systems /li liError analysis and troubleshooting of production issues to ensure production continuity /li liTraining and mentoring of production personnel on technical procedures and process changes /li liPreparation and continuous updating of product assembly instructions /li liImplementation of improvement proposals to increase the efficiency and performance of production equipment /li liProviding independent feedback to the Supervisor regarding optimization opportunities, hazardous situations, and potential occupational health and safety risks /li liActive contribution to maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liTechnical high school diploma in electronics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or vocational training as an electrician or electronics technician /li liAbility to work independently, accurately,
