jobr.pro is looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) based in Milano, Italy. The successful candidate will lead high complexity deployments of our conversational AI platform. Responsibilities include managing delivery lifecycles, stakeholder communication, and project planning.

Applicants must have 2+ years of experience in program management, ideally involving CX platforms. Fluency in English and Italian is essential.
