OffertaManage and coordinate the monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial results, including detailed variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and prior-year performance.Monitor, analyze, and report financial metrics and operational KPIs for the Plant, providing actionable insights to support business performance and continuous improvement initiatives.Lead and coordinate the preparation of Budget, Forecast, and Business Plan cycles, working closely with operational and functional stakeholders to ensure consistency and reliability of financial assumptions.Review, validate, and release Standard Costs,



managing related inventory and cost revaluations while ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines.Prepare and continuously improve financial and operational reports tailored to senior management requirements and evolving business needs.Monitor inventory levels and valuation, ensuring financial accuracy and supporting initiatives aimed at improving inventory efficiency and working capital management.Partner with plant leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions that support the achievement of financial and operational targets.Actively participate in the monthly business review process, preparing analyses and presentations and contributing directly to the discussion of monthly results with the CEO and senior leadership team.Competenze ed esperienzaStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management.Proactive mindset and hands-on approach in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.Completa l'offerta Very interesting job opportunity.
