important to understand the work environment within a dynamic and multinational context, to get to know the world of beauty and to have a highly formative experience regardless of role and function. #ELC Creative Visual Merchandising The Role We are looking for a motivated intern to join the Visual Merchandising team , to support the Visual Merchandising Manager . Key Performance Areas
- Assist the VM Manager with the organization and implementation of window scheme setups;
- Manage internal reporting to be shared at EMEA and global levels;
- Liaise with local and global suppliers to ensure flawless in-store execution;
- Support the VM Manager in the creation and development of special events, including in-store activations, press events, and paid media exhibitions;
- Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s DNA, contributing to the introduction of new merchandising material concepts;
- Collaborate with the EMEA team on designs, guidelines, and regional feedback for POS/display units.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields;
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong problem-solving mindset;
- Precision, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines;
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva;
- Fluent in English and Italian;
- Passion for fashion, branding, and visual storytelling.
