We’re Hiring — Business English & Communication Coach (Milan area)
MPEC is growing and we are looking for an experienced Business English & Communication Coach to join our team.

Our approach combines coaching principles, neuroscience and radical personalisation to create learning experiences that are practical, human and deeply transformative.
Location: Milan area (or nearby)
The role includes both online sessions and in-person training activities with our students (both private and corporate clients).
We are looking for professionals with experience delivering:
- Business English training
- Legal English training
- General English training
- Conversational English and communication-focused sessions
- Training for professionals, managers and executive-level clients
- Group courses and workshops
Essential requirements:
✔CELTA, TEFL, TESOL or equivalent teaching certification
✔ Experience working with adult learners
✔ Experience managing both individual and group training sessions
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ High level of autonomy and professionalism
✔ Ability to adapt lessons to real communication needs
✔ Availability for in-person sessions in the Milan area when required
Nice to have:
➕ Experience with funded training programmes (formazione finanziata)
➕ Coaching-oriented mindset
➕ Italian language knowledge
➕ Driving licence and willingness to travel locally
➕ Experience creating or adapting teaching materials independently
➕ Previous experience in other professional sectors or industries
