Your role We are looking for an Enterprise Architect with strong expertise in process architecture, system integration, and digital transformation to support the evolution of our enterprise landscape. The role will act as a key bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives, processes, and technology platforms. Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve enterprise architecture frameworks (baseline, target, transitional) aligned with business strategy
- Lead process architecture initiatives using industry standards (e.g., eTOM, BPMN), ensuring consistency across domains
- Design and oversee integration architecture across core platforms (e.g., CRM, middleware, legacy systems), ensuring scalability and data consistency
- Support digital transformation programs, contributing to data model design, system evolution, and new capability enablement
- Drive IT landscape rationalization and system decommissioning strategies, optimizing TCO and reducing complexity
- Contribute to the definition and execution of the IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with mid/long-term business strategy
- Act as a trusted advisor for business and IT stakeholders, assessing impacts of new initiatives on processes and systems
- Support the design and governance of microservices architectures and API-based ecosystems, including external partner integrations
- Lead or contribute to solution evaluation and selection processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
- Ensure alignment with data governance and Master Data Management strategies
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Management, Engineering, or related fields
- 4–6+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture / IT Strategy / Digital Transformation
- Strong knowledge of{{:}}
- Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Process modeling (BPMN) and process frameworks (e.g., eTOM)
- Integration patterns and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft or similar)
- Experience with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday or similar ecosystems
- Proven experience in cross-functional project environments bridging business and IT
Preferred Skills
- Experience in FMCG or complex multinational environments
- Exposure to microservices architecture and API strategy
- Knowledge of data architecture and MDM principles
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in TCO and IT cost optimization
- Familiarity with Agile and project management methodologies

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to translate business needs into architectural solutions
- Strategic thinking combined with execution capability

Where{{:}}Milan Compensation And Employment Terms The annual gross salary (RAL) for this position ranges from €42,000 to €55,000 , depending on the candidate’s professional experience, skills, and the level of autonomy required for the role. The employment classification and contractual terms will be determined in accordance with the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Tertiary, Distribution and Services sector .
