Experteer Overview In this role you will help governments and public institutions tackle strategic and operational challenges, delivering data‐driven transformations that create citizen value. You'll work with senior leaders across public sector domains, shaping strategies and implementation roadmaps. The position offers exposure to high‐impact projects and cross‐functional collaboration within a global, inclusive culture. You will contribute to public sector reform and sustainable outcomes while developing your leadership and consulting capabilities.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead analyses to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations for governments and public institutions
Design innovative strategies and transformation programmes to improve public services and policy implementation
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to understand priorities and co‐create practical solutions
Own project modules from hypothesis generation through execution with high‐quality deliverables and measurable impact




Prepare and present findings and implementation roadmaps to senior client executives and BCG leadership
Support business development activities including proposal development and client engagement across public sector opportunities
Build trusted client relationships and contribute to the growth of the Public Sector practice
Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering an inclusive, collaborative environment
Responsabilità 6‐9 years of professional experience in the Public Sector including strategy consulting, public institutions, government agencies, international organisations, or related fields
Proven experience delivering complex transformation, strategy, policy, or organisational projects in the public sector
Experience supporting public sector business development via tenders with knowledge of procurement frameworks and proposal writing at EU and national levels (e.g., Consip tenders)
Strong analytical and problem‐solving capabilities with abilit
