All underpinned by technology created with purpose. /p h3Your Role /h3 pAs a Senior Consultant in Energy Transition Utilities, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex energy market challenges through data‑driven strategies, primarily in renewables and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). You will support the development of new business models and market entry strategies for renewable projects. The position also involves leading feasibility studies, technical‑economic analyses, and regulatory navigation for BESS integration into the grid. /p ul liStrategic Advisory: Analyze data and market/regulatory trends to define energy transition strategies, from decarbonization and market expansion to technology adoption and efficiency improvements. /li liProject Leadership: Lead end‑to‑end project lifecycles, managing scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines for complex engagements. /li liSolution Design: Develop actionable plans for sustainable energy infrastructure, utility operational excellence, and digital transformation of energy assets. /li liImplementation Change: Drive execution of strategies and technologies,



supporting change management and adoption of innovative energy solutions. /li liClient Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, lead meetings, and present insights clearly in Italian and English. /li liPeople Collaboration: Mentor junior consultants and collaborate cross‑functionally across the Capgemini Group to deliver end‑to‑end solutions. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liDemonstrated experience with energy market analysis, regulatory frameworks (Italian and European) – for example ARERA, TSO/DSO requirements and grid codes – and financial modeling for energy projects. /li liExposure to digital solutions for energy management (e.g., smart grids, IoT, AI in energy) is advantageous; we welcome a range of tools/approaches and are open to seeing what candidates bring. /li liFluent in Italian and English; an additional language is a plus. /li liProactive mindset in anticipating market shifts and technological advancements in the energy sector; team‑oriented and motivated by the global energy transition challenge. /li libNote: /b 6+ years of progressive experience in Energy Utilities, with significant focus on Energy Transition, Renewables, and/or BESS; e‑Mobility exposure is a plus.
