By joining us now, you’ll be part of a pioneering team shaping the future of robotics—working alongside world-class experts in a fast-moving, innovation-driven environment. /p h3This Position Reports To /h3 pHead of Business Transformation /p pWe are looking for a Business Process Manager to support the analysis, management, and continuous improvement of global end-to-end business processes within the Robotics organization. In this role, you will work closely with Business Process Owners, IS teams, and other stakeholders to increase transparency, efficiency, and integration across processes and supporting applications. /p pYou will help design and optimize processes, bridge business and IT perspectives, and support the adoption of innovative tools, including AI-based solutions, to enhance operational performance. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with Business Process Owners to analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes in alignment with key stakeholders. /li liSupport the documentation and visualization of complex processes, including related tools and applications, to improve transparency and understanding. /li liDefine and support the implementation of process and application strategies together with Business Process Owners and IS teams. /li liAct as a bridge between business functions and IS, facilitating the implementation of process‑related digital solutions.
/li liIdentify opportunities to integrate innovative and AI‑based tools into business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. /li liWork closely with upstream and downstream process owners to strengthen collaboration and minimize process interface issues. /li liSupport Business Process Owners in planning, implementing, and monitoring process improvement initiatives and ensuring progress. /li liDevelop and promote standards and best practices for process documentation, optimization, and continuous improvement across the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in process documentation, process design, and business process optimization. /li liStrong expertise in process analysis, modeling, and improvement methodologies. /li liExperience working with end-to-end business processes in complex organizational environments. /li liExperience in working with Signavio as process documentation and management tool. /li liProven project management skills with the ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives forward. /li liAbility to effectively bridge business and IT/IS teams and translate business requirements into process and application solutions. /li liStrong analytical and structured thinking, with high attention to detail. /li liExperience or strong interest in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve business processes. /li liExcellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a customer‑oriented mindset. /li /ul h3What's in it for you? /h3 pWe empower you to take initiative, challenge ideas, and lead with confidence.
