ppWe are seeking an experienced Automotive Technical Support Specialist to cover the whole Italian dealer network. You will be the core technical backbone for all local authorized dealers, delivering training, remote on-site troubleshooting, technical upgrade management and quality issue closed-loop improvement. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liOversee nationwide technical training programs for automotive dealers, systematically improve workshop repair capability of all service networks. /li liProvide end-to-end technical support: remote online troubleshooting and on-site field assistance to resolve complex vehicle failure cases. /li liTake full ownership of technical upgrade campaigns, optimize execution plans and lift the overall completion rate of all upgrade activities. /li liCollect and escape vehicle quality defects timely,



coordinate cross-functional teams to drive root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years hands-on repair experience at authorized automotive dealerships; brands including Fiat, Citroën, VW, Toyota, Hyundai, Skoda, Renault, Dacia, SEAT are highly preferred. /li liFluent English for global team communication. /li liFluent Italian for daily dealer communication in Italy. /li liBachelor's degree or above in Automotive, Mechanical or related engineering majors. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
