Assist with client administration and client management, manage workflows and ensure that processes remain timely as well as efficient and effective. /ppAs a Private Banker Assistant for our Italian branch, you'll be reporting to the local COO. /ph3YOUR ROLE: /h3pSupport Private Bankers with administrative duties pertaining to the clients' accounts: /pulliAccount opening process, daily monitoring of the accounts,



act as first contact for all administrative KYC file documentation /liliProcess transfer orders and deal with client correspondence and all administrative matters /liliEnsure appropriate filling/archiving of documentation of all client account documentation /liliLiaise with internal service providers within the company to ensure timely and accurate execution/resolution of clients' request /liliNotify Bankers of documentation issues/pending items encountered in the course of the development of business by the Private Bankers /liliDeal with the specific mailing for the clients /liliCollaborate with internal functions (Compliance, Operations, Legal...) on client onboarding and lifecycle activities /li /ulh3YOUR PROFILE: /h3ullibFluent in English and Italian /b /liliBachelor Degree Level a plus /lili5-years' experience within financial industry, ideally international /liliExperience of direct client interaction and ability to maintain a professional approach /liliOrganization with ability to prioritize workload accordingly /liliStrong collaboration/communication skills /liliAbility to work under pressure /liliDetailed-oriented /liliClient oriented /li /ulpOur Maison’s DNA is defined by five core values. bExcellence /b drives us to be the best at what we do, while bInnovation /b fuels our progress. bRespect /b underpins every interaction, and bIntegrity /b shapes our actions.
