Responsibilities:
Conduct design research into material culture, scientific iconography, and symbolic object design with specific reference to South Tyrol's research ecosystem.
Develop concepts and design proposals for prize objects for the South Tyrol Research Award and Women in Science Award.
Produce physical models, mock?ups, and prototypes using the Faculty of Design and Art workshops and unibz Fablab.
Carry out iterative material exploration and craft?based experimentation in support of the design development process.
Collaborate with the project PI in design?research sprints, evaluation cycles, and refinement of prototypes.
Support the documentation of the design and prototyping process for the project publication.
Contribute to the pre?production of final prize objects for the **** and **** award ceremonies.
