/p pIf you are a passionate sales professional with a deep understanding of energy storage technologies and a drive to make a tangible impact on Italy's green transition, this is for you: /p ul liLead and execute the sales strategy for Sungrow's Energy Storage System (ESS) solutions across Italy, focusing on large-scale utility, commercial, and industrial (CI) segments.
/li liIdentify, develop, and manage a robust pipeline of ESS projects, from initial lead generation through to contract negotiation and closing.
/li liAct as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for key clients, partners, and stakeholders, building strong, lasting relationships.
/li liConduct in-depth technical presentations and solution demonstrations, effectively articulating the value proposition of Sungrow's ESS products and services.
/li liCollaborate closely with Sungrow's engineering, product management, and project delivery teams to ensure optimal solution design and seamless project execution.
/li liMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments within the Italian ESS sector, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
/li liAchieve ambitious sales targets and contribute significantly to Sungrow's market share expansion in Italy's rapidly growing energy storage market.

Now, in order to fit into this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: /p ul liA Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field.
/li liProven experience (3+ years)



in technical sales or business development within the energy storage, renewable energy, or power electronics sectors.
/li liStrong technical understanding of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), including system architecture, components, and applications.
/li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
/li liA strong network within the Italian energy market, including developers, EPCs, utilities, and CI clients.
/li liSelf-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently while also being a strong team player.
/li liProficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management.
/li liFluency inbItalian (C1 or above) /b andbEnglish (C1 or above) /b is essential for success in this role.
/li liWillingness to travel frequently across Italy to meet with clients and attend industry events.
