Westlake Epoxy is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support our sales team in managing customer relationships and the end-to-end order process in a dynamic, international environment.
This is a temporary 12-month position.
You will act as the primary contact for order-related activities, coordinate with plants, and collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing and high customer satisfaction.
Fluency in Italian and English is required; German knowledge is preferred.
