If you're curious, resilient, and ready to grow, you'll find the space to lead, innovate, and together with us Meet the needs beyond tomorrow. https://www.electroluxprofessionalgroup.com/en/join-us/ IT DELIVERY COORDINATOR ITALYIn his role you will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT and OT services across Vallenoncello (PN) and Spilamberto (MO) plants.You combine hands-on IT operations with strong collaboration with Engineering, Production, and R&D; You will finally support and govern factory systems, infrastructure, and digital initiatives.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGManage end-user devices (PCs, shopfloor terminals, monitors) and local infrastructureAct as primary escalation point for IT issues impacting plant operationsCoordinate with central IT and vendors for incident resolutionOwn local IT backbone including switches, access points, connectivity, and cablingCoordinate with external vendors for cabling and infrastructure upgradesEnsure performance, reliability, and documentation of plant infrastructureAct as IT point of contact for Engineering and Production stakeholdersSupport deployment and lifecycle of manufacturing and OT-related applicationsEnsure alignment with IT standards and security policiesManage external service providers and ensure SLA complianceSupport procurement and lifecycle of IT assetsDefine and manage annual IT budget for both plantsMonitor costs and identify optimization opportunitiesSupport CEO and C-level events ensuring reliable IT and network readinessGuarantee network performance for executive presentations and factory demosOn-site presence in Vallenoncello but regular travel between locationsWHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVEStrong knowledge of workplace IT, networking, and local infrastructureExperience in manufacturing or industrial environmentsBasic understanding of IT/OT integration and cybersecurityGood communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindset3–8 years experience in IT operationsFluent in Italian and EnglishHigh availability and reliability of plant ITStrong collaboration with Engineering and ProductionEffective IT/OT integration deliveryStandardization across both plantsOUR CULTURE IN 4 WORDS Be Customer Obsessed.
