With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.ContextAs part of the Sales Team focused on Italian market opportunities and based in Rome, the Junior Proposal Manager will be involved in the following activities:Missions/Main DutiesKey ResponsibilitiesTender & Requirement Analysis: Analyze tender documentation as well as technical, operational/management, and financial requirements specified by the client.Proposal Development Support: Assist in preparing technical offer documentation, contributing to technical reports, summary sheets, descriptive documents, work plans, tables,
and annexes.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various internal business functions to gather, organize, and showcase key inputs essential for the bidding process.Profile/SkillsQualifications & Required SkillsExperience: Entry-level / minimal prior experience required.Education: Degree in Technical, Economic, or Management disciplines (preferably Engineering or Architecture).Analytical Skills: Good ability to analyze and understand technical, administrative, and project documentation.Communication: Excellent writing, synthesis, and content-structuring skills.Software Proficiency: Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).Execution: Ability to work towards objectives and consistently meet defined deadlines.Teamwork: Strong aptitude for working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Work Ethic: High precision, reliability, and strong attention to quality.Organization: Strong organizational skills with effective priority management.Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and a proactive problem-solving approach.Adaptability: Flexibility and willingness to operate in a dynamic environment with complex project activities.Languages: Good knowledge of English is considered a plus.Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.Workplace TypeHybridJob SummaryContract Type: PermanentJob Family: JF003_Project Contract and Commercial Management
