Teams share the ambition to explore new horizons, propelled by an innovative spirit, boundless creativity and unparalleled savior-faire.Job ResponsabilitiesAs a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be instrumental in elevating our brand's visual presence, ensuring exceptional standards across your store:Strategic Visual Execution: Coordinate and implement all visual merchandising strategies, including window installations, store zoning, and product rotations, in line with corporate guidelines.Brand Presentation & Maintenance: Ensure the flawless presentation of all product categories, maintaining store environment, lighting, and props to the highest luxury retail standards.Feedback & Collaboration: Provide qualitative feedback to regional team, and proactively collaborate with Store Management on events, launches, and merchandising guidelines.Team Coaching & Development: Identify, train,



and develop Visual Leaders and store teams, setting clear visual expectations and fostering a passion for our products.Business Impact: Leverage visual merchandising to actively contribute to business development and elevate the overall client experience.ProfileWe are seeking a visionary and inspiring leader who possesses a deep passion for luxury visual merchandising and a proven ability to elevate brand presentation.

Experience: 5+ years of merchandising experience in a retail specialty or luxury environment, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Technical Expertise: Proven experience with RTW and accessories, window installations, and a strong understanding of all product categories.

Key Skills: Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with a deadline-oriented and detail-focused approach.

Personal Attributes: A creative, action-oriented team player with a passion for luxury, capable of making timely decisions and maintaining high standards.
