ppbJOB POSITION /b /p pLG Planner Specialist /p pbJOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES /b /p pThe Planner Specialist is responsible for consolidating collection and core product planning into a single production demand for a dedicated Manufacturing Hub and translating it into an effective production schedule. /p pThe role focuses on capacity optimization and workforce saturation, ensuring that manufacturing resources are fully and efficiently utilized, independently from product typology (collections or permanent products). The Planning Specialist acts as a key operational bridge between central planning inputs and manufacturing execution. /p h3Job responsibilities /h3 pbAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES /b /p ul liConsolidate collection and permanent product plans into a single, integrated production demand for the production poles /li liDevelop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term production schedules aligned with available capacity /li liPrioritize production sequencing to ensure optimal manpower saturation and line efficiency /li liContinuously update schedules in response to demand changes, capacity variations, or operational constraints /li liAct as the primary planning counterpart for the assigned production pole /li liWork closely with pole production planners to validate feasibility, sequencing, and workload distribution /li liSupport the production poles in managing capacity constraints, workload peaks, and production bottlenecks /li liEnsure clear and timely communication between planning and manufacturing teams.
/li liMonitor production progress versus plan and identify deviations or risks /li liPropose and coordinate re-planning actions to secure production continuity and delivery targets /li liTrack key planning and execution KPIs such as schedule adherence and capacity utilization /li liContribute to the improvement of planning and scheduling processes, with a focus on production pole-level execution /li liSupport the development of standard planning rules and best practices for capacity-driven scheduling /li /ul h3Profile /h3 pbTECHNICAL SKILLS – PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. /li li3–5 years of experience in production planning or scheduling, preferably in the fashion, apparel, or luxury industry /li liStrong expertise in production planning, scheduling, and capacity management within manufacturing environments /li liSolid understanding of industrial processes, workforce planning, and operational constraints /li liAdvanced proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools; strong Excel skills required /li liAbility to translate complex planning inputs into clear and executable schedules /li liStrong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities /li liClear, structured, and pragmatic communication style /li liProblem-solving and execution-oriented mindset /li liAbility to operate effectively in fast-paced, change-driven environments /li liDegree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent /li liProven experience interfacing with manufacturing sites or production hubs /li liEnglish knowledge (mandatory): B2 or more /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
