With its new services, SYSTRA supports its clients and partners in their digital, ecological and energy transition, in order to invent the mobility of tomorrow.ContextIn the context of the Sales Team focused on international opportunities and based in Rome, the Junior Proposal ManagerMissions/Main DutiesAnalyzing tender documentation and the technical, managerial, and financial requirements requested by the client;Supporting the preparation of technical bid documentation, contributing to the drafting of technical reports, summary sheets, descriptive documents, work plans, tables, and annexes;Collaborating with various company functions,
collaborating with the Business Units across the Globe, in collecting, organizing, and enhancing contributions useful to the bidding process.Profile/SkillsQualifications and Skills required:First experience or minimum experience requested as a Proposal Manager;Degree in technical, economic, or management-related disciplines (engineering or architecture is preferable);Excellent knowledge of the English language is mandatory (minimum B2)The knowledge of an additional language will be considered as a plus;Good ability to analyze and understand technical, administrative, and project documentation;Excellent writing, summarizing, and content organization skills;Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;Ability to work toward objectives and meet defined deadlines;Aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams;Accuracy, reliability, and attention to the quality of work;Organizational skills and effective priority management;Analytical approach and problem-solving orientation;Flexibility and ability to operate in a dynamic context characterized by complex project activities;A good command of the English language will be considered a plus.Systra is an equal opportunities company; this position is open to all applicants.Workplace TypeHybridJob SummaryContract Type: PermanentJob Family: JF003_Project Contract and Commercial Management
