As part of a strategic Marketing & Sales initiative, we are seeking a Senior Incubation Manager to lead the exploration, innovation, and incubation of new solutions that complement our existing portfolio and unlock new market opportunities.This is a high-impact role for a seasoned leader who understands the complexity of our technologies and the dynamics of our global markets. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution—co-creating with customers and partners to shape the next generation of energy solutions.This role can be based at any Hitachi Energy location within Europe.How you’ll make an impactAs Incubation Manager, you will:Drive innovation by identifying, testing, and scaling new business models, services, and solutions in collaboration with customers, partners, and internal stakeholdersLead cross-functional teams through the incubation lifecycle—from ideation and validation to go-to-market and integrationShape strategy and culture by fostering a mindset of experimentation, agility, and customer obsession across the organizationInfluence executive leadership by presenting data-driven insights and business cases that align with our innovation and growth strategyBuild bridges between business units, R&D;,
