The role ensures the achievement of project KPIs and full compliance with contractual commitments. /p h3YOUR TASKS /h3 ul liHold full responsibility for the project from Execution Readiness through to final acceptance and handover to Service. /li liPlan, manage, coordinate, and lead the project team. /li liEnsure safe and successful project delivery in terms of safety, cost, quality, and schedule /li liEnsure alignment and coordination across key functions such as Global Sourcing, Legal, HSE, Quality, Supply Chain, and operational teams. /li liRepresent the company towards clients and build strong, positive relationships and ensure customer satisfaction /li liGuarantee compliance with HSE and technical requirements on site /li liManage the financial performance of the project, monitor budgets, forecasts,



and cost control.dentify project risks and implement mitigation measures proactively /li liHandle claims, disputes, and contractual negotiations and actively manage variations (change orders), invoicing, and cash collection. /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience as Project Manager in operative project execution and construction management for complex technical projects either in civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind energy sector and/or similar industries/energy sectors; experience with turnkey projects preferable /li liExperience in project management incl. full responsibility for multi-million EUR contracts with strong commercial and financial acumen /li liTechnical background with a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in engineering or similar. /li liStrong analytical and communication skills with a proactive, solution‑driven mindset. /li liExperience in a global, cross‑functional environment. /li liFluent in English; additional languages are an asset. /li /ul h3OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS /h3 ul liCV Screening - We start by reviewing your CV — just a heads-up: we only evaluate applications/CV´s in English. /li liPrescreening Call - If your profile matches, you might get a call from a Portuguese number (yes, that’s us ).
