This position emphasizes group-level controlling, reporting, and automation initiatives to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient financial processes. The ideal candidate combines logical mindset and controlling with strong skills in process automation and digital finance transformation. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 h3Group Controlling Consolidation /h3 ul liAssist the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial results. /li liApply checks of compliance with group accounting policies. /li liAnalyze group performance, variances, and key financial indicators; provide actionable insights to senior management /li /ul h3Automation Digital Transformation /h3 ul liDrive automation of group reporting and controlling processes using tools such as Power BI, RPA, Python, and ERP automation modules.



/li liDevelop dashboards and automated workflows to improve data accuracy and reduce manual effort. /li liCollaborate with IT and finance teams to implement digital solutions across entities. /li /ul h3Budgeting Forecasting /h3 ul liSupport data processing of group-wide budgeting and forecasting cycles. /li liEnsure alignment of local entity plans with group objectives. /li /ul h3Business Partnering /h3 ul liAct as technical advisor to the divisional controlling teams. /li liProvide financial insights to support strategic decisions and operational improvement. /li /ul pbRequisiti: /b Qualifications Skills:Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Experience:3-4 years in controlling is a mustProven experience in automation and digital finance transformation.Fluency in English.Technical Skills:Knowledge of group consolidation tools and ERP systems (SAP, OneStream).Advanced Excel and automation tools (any of Power BI, RPA platforms, Python, SQL). /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
