ph3Posizione /h3 ul liLead the purchasing strategy for a specific material category (leathers and fabrics, metallic accessories, other products), ensuring optimal contractual conditions and supplier base solidity. /li liEnsure proper supplier capacity management, preventing risks of overloading or under-utilization. /li liAlign suppliers with the brand's quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives. /li liIn collaboration with the Compliance team, assure suppliers compliance and performance through regular audits. /li /ul h3Responsabilità del lavoro /h3 ul liDefine and implement sourcing strategy for the assigned category. /li liNegotiate framework contracts, prices, and commercial conditions with suppliers. /li liAssess and monitor supplier production and quality capabilities. /li liIdentify and develop new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand requirements. /li liCollaborate with Product Development, Planning, Compliance and Quality teams to ensure alignment with objectives. /li liAnalyze market trends and supply chain risks.



/li liPrepare and conduct supplier performance reviews in collaboration with the Procurement Manager and other departments. /li liEnsure the purchasing of materials for new collections. /li /ul h3Profilo /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, or related fields. /li li5+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, ideally in fashion/luxury. /li liExcellent negotiation and contract management skills. /li liKnowledge of market dynamics related to the assigned category. /li liStrong command of Excel and Power BI (or equivalent tools). /li liEnglish level B2 minimum; French knowledge is considered a plus. /li /ul h3Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati /h3 ul liStrategic vision and long-term orientation. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liExcellent communication and networking abilities. /liliSensitivity to sustainability and innovation. /li liGross annual salary of at least €55,000 /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
