Team management and leadershipManage, support, and develop team skillsUnite teams around La Minerva and Paris Society values, culture, and standardsIdentify high-potential candidates (promotion, mobility, transfer)Set an example of excellence, rigor, and personal commitmentImplement regular training to develop managerial and operational skills2. Operational excellence & brand imageBe the guardian of the GiGi & Mimi Kakushi brand, image, quality, concept and standardsEnsure compliance with service processes and standards across all areas.Identify operational issues and implement appropriate and sustainable solutionsEnsure consistent customer experience across all establishments3.
Economic performance & financial managementEnsure the best possible performance in terms of revenue and profitabilityManage and monitor the annual budgets for each establishment with the Head of OperationsAnalyze results and propose corrective action plansProvide operations with the tools necessary to achieve their objectives4. Technical supervision, health & safety and complianceSupervise with the General Managers the technical and regulatory aspects of sites (Maintenance / Health and safety / Applicable legislation)Ensure compliance with standards and obligations related to our Group and partnersAnticipate technical and regulatory risks and coordinate corrective actions5. Coordination & partnershipsEnsure compliance with supplier partnerships established by the groupEnsure synchronization between the various internal and external contacts involved in an operationEnsure smooth and effective communication between the departments concerned6. Operational missionsBe responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of establishmentsBe present during strategic services and periods of high activity7.
