Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are looking for a brilliant and passionate Brand Communication Manager, who will be responsible for defining, managing, and promoting brand's image and identity.In this role, you will develop cohesive communication strategies across online and offline channels, ensuring that corporate values are correctly perceived by the audience to enhance visibility and reputation.Your ImpactBrand Assets: Development and implementation of catalogs, visual materials, and brand imagery.Brand Integrity: Expertise in enforcing brand guidelines and enhancing brand equity.Strategic Alignment: Ability to implement communication projects and guidelines consistent with the Brand's positioning.Financial Management: Proficient in managing communication investments, business cases, and marketing plans.Sales & Institutional Support: Design and execution of communication tools to support sales and institutional activities.Governance: Competence in monitoring brand usage to ensure full compliance with the Brand Identity.Events: Coordination of communication activities for trade fairs and events,
aligned with business objectives.Market Growth: Proven ability to increase brand awareness and conduct comprehensive market analysis.Time Management: Expert at managing communication timelines for new product launches (Time to Market).About YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, fitness and gaming, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have well-developed interpersonal skills to create a positive interaction with people at all levels.What you should bring:Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.Expertise/Focus on Wellness Design.Strong results orientation and adaptability to fast-paced environments.Superior communication and presentation skills.Proven creativity and strategic mindset.Excellent command of English.University Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields.5+ years of experience in Brand Identity creation roles.In-depth knowledge of the Luxury sector within structured companies.Compensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 70,000 and 100,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
