As part of its ongoing growth and development journey, we are seeking a General Manager who will lead the next phase of the business, drive its evolution, and further strengthen its market position.Job DescriptionDefine and execute the company's strategy, ensuring the achievement of financial, commercial, and operational objectivesAssume full P&L; responsibility, closely monitoring revenue growth, profitability, cash flow, and working capital performance;Lead Commercial and Marketing activities, strengthening brand positioning and expanding the company's presence across target markets;Build, maintain, and develop relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and other critical stakeholders;Identify and pursue new growth opportunities through product innovation, market expansion, and strategic partnerships;Oversee Operations, Product Management, and Research & Development functions, driving innovation, operational excellence, and speed of execution;Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, results, collaboration, and people development.The Successful ApplicantA successful General Manager should have:Proven experience in General Management or Business Unit Leadership roles within industrial environments;Strong knowledge of the home appliances, kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, or related sectors;Demonstrated accountability for P&L; management and key business performance drivers;Experience in the integrated management of Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Operations functions;Track record in developing new markets,
