For our Client, the Italian commercial Branch of an important international Group, market leader in Consumer Electronics, we are looking for:Product Manager - Home AppliancesMain responsibilitiesThe candidate, reporting to the Head of Product Management, will be the reference point in Italy for the HA category, and will be part of a very internationally diverse, dynamic and fast-growing team.Mainresponsabilities:Define 3-year product roadmap based on trends, market study and consumers’ researchPush new product development according to approved product roadmapSet product pricing,



following the corporate guide-lines and negotiating with HQsAchieve market share growth target via product-mix and channel expansionBe in charge of product lifecycle managementPrepare marketing story for new product launchWork together with local sales and communication teamAnalyse consumer insights and conduct Industry trends and market intelligenceMonitor competitors’ products and the market scenarioCooperate with HQs to realize business growth target in the country local marketCandidate profileRequirements:3-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in Consumer Electronics/ White Goods; the knowledge of Refrigeration category will be strongly appreciatedDynamic, proactive spirit, willingness to get started in an international fast-moving environmentStrong interpersonal, leadership and team-player skillsDecision-making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environmentsReally fluent in English and Italian.LocationMilano (Hybrid)
