Additionally, you will be part of a global team, providing you with the opportunity to engage with diverse perspectives and cultures.How you’ll make an impactContribute to improving electrical safety performance and provide excellent services to HSE and operations teams across Hitachi EnergySupport key stakeholders to ensure the delivery and implementation of core and common safety programs aligned with the Annual Operating Plan and HSE Road MapDrive behavioural change to continuously improve safety performance within Hitachi EnergyFacilitate the sharing of electrical safety best practices within the organizationAct as a role model to deliver and support electrical safety initiatives to improve cultureCoach and mentor the HSE community on electrical safety programsInfluence management and employees to ensure correct thinking and decision-making to support the implementation of electrical safety programsAnalyze electrical safety performance to identify trends and prioritiesYour backgroundUniversity-level education in a relevant discipline (e.g., electrical engineering,
