Move with us for a better world!Your RoleWe are searching for a dedicated SAP FI-CO Application Specialist to support the alignment of IT strategy with business strategy, focusing on Finance, Controlling and Industrial areas. This role involves close interaction with business stakeholders, providing technical support, and ensuring the effective delivery of IT services.Your ImpactAssist in aligning IT strategy with business strategy by supporting the SAP Competence Center.Manage and support the application portfolio mainly on SAP Finance & Controlling.Provide first-level support for SAP applications, focusing on Finance & Controlling processes.Support the recommendation and appointment of external resources when internal capacity is exceeded.Work with application analysts in support of day-to-day operations.Develop and implement appropriate service delivery models for core application functions, defining, delivering,
and improving services for the enterprise and its customers.Document and recommend improvements for how the ERP application integrates with other applications and interfaced systems.Ensure adherence to standards and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of application systems.Monitor the performance of applications within their domain and evaluate the performance of services based on specific KPIs.About YouBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT application support or a related fieldDeep knowledge in SAP customizing modules FI (AP, AR, AA and G/L, TR), RAR module is a plus, CO (COPA, Product costing, PS), FM are a plusHands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA or previous versions of SAP ERP is a mustStrong business acumen and good proficiency in ExcelProficiency in diagnosing and solving application issuesKnowledge of ERP systems and their integration with other applicationsProficient English both written and oralProficient in requirement gathering and in translating user and/or systems requirements into functional/technical specificationsPrevious experience in SAP implementation projects and data migrationSystem Integration consulting experience is a plusCompensation DataWe believe great work deserves great recognition. For this role, we offer an annual gross salary (RAL) between 40,000 and 60,000, based on your level of experience, technical skills, and scope of responsibilities, in accordance with the applicable National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici).
