ph3Operations Excellence - KPI Measurement Specialist /h3h3bAbout the Role: /b /h3pWe are looking for an bOperations Excellence - KPI Measurement Specialist /b to join our Global Operations Performance team, based in Alba (CN). /ppIn this role, you will support the bmanagement and continuous evolution of the Operations KAI and KPI framework /bat Group level, contributing to the collection, banalysis and monitoring of performance indicators /bacross the Industrial Supply Chain organization. /ppWorking closely with cross-functional teams, you will help ensure the availability, reliability and data consistency, supporting decision making and the continuous improvement of reporting tools and performance measurement processes. /ph3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3pIn this role, you will work with thebOperations Performance Measurement team /b and you will contribute to the bdevelopment, maintenance and continuous improvement of Group Operations dashboards /b, ensuring KPI data is accurate, consistent and available within agreed timelines. /ppYou will bmonitor performances, analyse trends, identify anomalies or opportunities /b, and develop ad hoc banalyses and reports /b by management, providing meaningful insights to support operational decision-making and performance reviews. /ppYou will collaborate with Industrial Supply Chain functions to collect business requirements,b validate measurement definitions /b and ensure alignment between reporting needs and business priorities. /ppYou will support the bevolution of reporting tools and data models /b,



working with IT and digital teams to improve dashboard functionality, data quality and user experience. /ppYou will also contribute to the bstandardization of KPI methodologies /b, documentation and reporting practices, helping promote transparency, consistency and continuous improvement across the organization. /ph3bAbout You: /b /h3pYou'll bring your bMaster's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field /b along with some initial experience in bperformance analysis, business intelligence, operations, controlling or similar analytical roles within structured organizations /b. /ppYou have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to generate insights and support business decisions. Experience with KPI reporting, dashboard development and performance monitoring will be considered a strong asset. /ppYou are comfortable working with large bdatasets and digital reporting tools /b, with good knowledge ofb Excel and Business Intelligence platforms /bsuch as bPower BI /b and bPower App /b. /ppYou demonstrate attention to detail, a proactive mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders in an international environment.



/ppbFluency in English is required /b. /ph3bWhat we offer: /b /h3pThe role is classified at Level 1° under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare). The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is € 43.249.
