To strengthen our Sales & Reservations team, we are looking for a service-oriented, communicative, and well-organized Sales Agent - Reservation (m/f/d) who stands out through professionalism and a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
Your Tasks
Providing personalized advice to our guests and actively selling rooms, suites, and customized vacation experiences
Receiving and processing individual reservations through all channels
Reviewing incoming reservations and actively managing bookings and changes
Sending reservation confirmations, handling general correspondence, etc.
Continuously monitoring availability and ensuring optimal occupancy
Carefully maintaining reservation data and adhering to our quality standards
Actively upselling and cross-selling additional services
Your Profile
Completed vocational training in the hospitality industry
Professional experience in reservations, sales, or front office, ideally in the upscale hospitality sector
Enthusiasm for selling exclusive hotel stays and providing personalized advice to our guests
Commitment to the upscale hospitality sector
An independent, structured, and responsible work ethic
Strong communication skills, consulting expertise,
and a friendly, professional approach
A solution-oriented and articulate approach in conversational situations
Proficiency with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and ASA Hotel or comparable hotel management systems
Very good written and spoken German, Italian, and English
