ppJoin Accenture Operations and help organizations transform the way they work by driving business transformation, operational excellence, and digital innovation. /p pAs a Business Transformation Consultant, you will partner with leading organizations to design and implement transformation initiatives that improve operating models, service delivery, and business performance. You will also contribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives, helping clients build scalable, future-ready operating models and deliver sustainable business value. /p pAs part of Accenture Operations, you will collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to implement transformation strategies, optimize business operations, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. Working alongside colleagues across Talent, Digital Core, and Industry Enterprise, you will help ensure successful transformation through a hands‑on, execution‑focused approach. /p h3Job Summary /h3 ul liLead and support business transformation initiatives, helping clients optimize operating models, governance frameworks, and service delivery across a variety of industries. /li liCollaborate with client stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to define transformation roadmaps, manage change, and deliver measurable business outcomes. /li liAnalyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and leverage data, AI, automation, and digital technologies to enhance operational performance. /li liFacilitate workshops, prepare executive‑level presentations and recommendations,



and support decision‑making throughout the transformation journey. /li liContribute to Global Capability Center (GCC), Shared Services, and Global Business Services (GBS) initiatives by supporting capability development, governance, and organizational transformation. /li /ul pCompensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, seniority, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. For this position, the job level is B2 under the Metalmeccanico National Collective Bargaining Agreement with one of the following pay grades and corresponding gross annual salary range: /p pCL 10: between 28.500€ e 45.300€. /p pCL 9: between 32.000€ e 46.700€. /p h3Skills And Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in business transformation, management consulting, PMO, operations, Shared Services, Global Business Services (GBS), or change management. /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions. /li liFamiliarity with Agile methodologies, project management practices, Lean Six Sigma principles, and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau. /li liInterest in enterprise transformation, Global Capability Centers (GCC), AI-enabled transformation, automation, and digital operating models. /li liFluency in Italian and English, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic consulting environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
