Focused on easing the daily usage of our Stellantis electric vehicles, we want to deliver the best-in‑class solutions to our customers so that charging feels like a seamless experience. Whether at home or away, we focus on what key information and features are needed to make this possible. We also want to encourage sustainable behavior, by providing tools to optimize the vehicle’s battery during its whole lifetime. Finally,



we want to leverage new EV specific technologies to provide added-value services to our customers so that they can make the most of their vehicle. /p pInside EV Experience team, you will manage products within the EV Features domain. As a Product Manager, you act as the CEO of your product and are accountable end‑to‑end. You will define, for the products under your responsibility, the product strategy, customer target, business model, roadmap, customer journey etc. You will monitor usage through analytics, analyse customer feedback and manage incidents/problems. You’ll have a hands‑on approch to test your product and benchmark competition to become an expert. The features and products you build will be integrated into the 14 iconic Stellantis brand vehicles, worldwide. /p pWe’re looking for a bProduct Manager /b professional with a customer‑centric mindset, a bias towards action, and a burning desire to learn improve, ready to evolve in a fast‑growing, multicultural international environment. You are able to demonstrate high emotional intelligence and mental flexibility. You are a smart, data‑driven decision maker who excels at building products and features consumers love. /p pYou will work closely with Senior Leaders, Product Managers, Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Designers, Developers Testers to deliver features within the EV Experience team. You will directly report to the manager of the EV Features team, based in Turin. /p h3Responsibilities: /h3 ul liGather and synthesize voice of customer data, competitive data,



and quality data for the product line into insight driven product actions /li liOwn product customer experience / journey, and align with Global CX/Channel Strategy /li liCreate and manage Feature Description document /li liIdentify and communicate product benefits and business value /li liDrive the product execution, working closely with Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, UX, Legal and other partnering teams to launch products users love /li liMonitor and communicate in market feature performance against goals /li liSupport communicating status, risks and escalations to the leadership team /li /ul h3Required Qualifications: /h3 ul li5-7 years of relevant Product Management and/or Product Owner experience creating digital consumer products /li liMaster’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field /li liUnderstanding of software and hardware technical ecosystems /li liNeed to be highly effective in building an outstanding customer journey and associated CX /li liAbility to coordinate people and resources for maximum effectiveness. Creative flexibility in complex situations leading to greater efficiency /li liAbility to motivate others and help them envision what can be accomplished /li liAbility to see the big picture and create/manage a robust long‑term plan while not losing focus on daily operations /li liWork language is English ; B2 level minimum expected /li liKnowledge of automotive is a plus /li /ul h3Offer: /h3 ul liSalary range: from b€44.000 to €50.000 /b, that will be defined depending on the level of adherence of the candidate to the job requirements. /li liCollective Agreement: In accordance with the provisions of the Specific Collective Labour Agreement (CCSL – CNEL code: CO10), and in particular with regard to the classification within the third professional area. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
