As a People Business Partner in Milan, you will advise senior leadership across Italy, Portugal and Spain on HR strategies that drive business objectives.
You will guide employee relations, performance and talent development, and lead change programs that support smooth transitions.

Partner with senior leaders to shape and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management and talent development
Lead change management initiatives to minimize disruption
Analyse HR data to identify trends and actionable insights
Develop and deliver training to enhance skills and leadership capabilities
Collaborate with HR to improve policies,
processes and employee experience
Coach and mentor managers to support growth and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with Italian, Portuguese and Spanish employment laws and regulations
Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster positive culture
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR or a related field with a business partnering focus
2 years' line management experience with at least 1 direct report
Fluent/native Italian and professional proficiency in English
Proven track record partnering with senior leadership and delivering HR initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-to-insights??
Excellent xysqume interpersonal and written/verbal communication
Proficiency in HR software and data analysis tools
Expertise in change management, employee relations and performance management
In-depth knowledge of Italian employment law and HR best practices
Experience in talent management and organisational development
Ability to influence and deliver results in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Strong project management and multi-priority handling abilities
