In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks essential to maintaining quality, efficiency, and compliance within our terminal operations.
/p pbWhat you'll do: /b /p ulliSupport terminal operations from the back office during your shift /liliCoordinate with dispatch and loaders to build and improve loading lists /liliCommunicate with wagon masters, railway companies and shunting operations /liliPrepare train documentation (train lists, CIM)



/liliCheck documents and match reservations / container IDs /liliMonitor operations and train status; report delays and issues early /liliEnsure safety rules and procedures are followed /li /ul br/ h3Your Background Skills /h3 ulliDriving licencebB /b /liliExperience inblogistics / operations management /b (or similar) /liliGood IT skills (TOS / ERP or similar systems) /liliLanguages:bItalian /b and goodbEnglish /b /liliStrong organization, clear communication, problem-solving mindset /li /ul br/ h3Why us?
