Affinity Petcare is seeking a Cell Leader for the Operations team at the Castelgomberto plant. You will be fully accountable for SQPDCI results of your cell, drive loss elimination and remove barriers for Line Leaders.
You will deploy and track operational targets, lead daily performance meetings, ensure safety and quality compliance, foster team development, and support cost reduction initiatives and new product launches.
