As a Senior Product Manager at DAZN, you lead the strategy and execution of high-impact digital products across markets.
You'll bridge local market needs with global product priorities, guiding discovery, delivery, and optimisation.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn customer insights into measurable business outcomes, shaping experiences for millions of fans.

Own strategy, discovery, prioritisation, and delivery of high-impact product initiatives from concept to launch and optimisation
Define product vision and roadmap aligned with DAZN strategic objectives and customer outcomes
Lead cross-functional initiatives across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Commercial, Legal, Customer Service, Operations, Finance, and regional teams
Advocate for the customer while balancing local market opportunities with global priorities and technical constraints
Use customer research, experimentation, analytics,



and A/B testing to inform decisions and improve experiences
Develop robust business cases, success metrics, and evaluate investments by impact and value
Build relationships with external partners (operators, OEMs, payment providers, telcos) to unlock propositions
Influence stakeholders at all levels, clearly communicating strategy, roadmaps, trade-offs, and impact
Significant experience in Product Management, preferably in streaming, consumer tech, media, or e-commerce
Proven track record leading complex digital products from strategy to launch with measurable commercial impact
Strong strategic thinking translating business objectives into product direction xysqume
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills using data and customer insights
Outstanding stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership
Experience managing ambiguity and prioritising amid customer value, commercial opportunity, and technical complexity
Experience in agile organisations with cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and leadership, coaching others and fostering collaboration across teams
