The ideal candidate
- Proven leadership experience at senior level, ideally as Head of Department, Deputy Principal, or Principal in an international or British curriculum school.

- Track record of success in leading upper school programs, including KS3, IGCSE, and A‑Level.
- Deep understanding of international curricula and assessment frameworks, with familiarity in Cambridge or Pearson Edexcel exam boards an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire staff, students, and parents alike.
