Activities:The Strategic Partnership Expert is responsible for the partnership ecosystem definition, set-up and management for the Business Banking target.He/she will have to scout the market for new opportunities, assess and prioritize them, manage internal and external stakeholders and collaborate with other areas of the Bank and senior management to manage the partnership ecosystem.The role requires excellent negotiation skills, problem solving and orientation to results. Most importantly this position also demands ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams and cross-teams.Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the different departments to support the excution of partnership set-up for Business customers.Actively support Senior team members during negotiation with Partners, in all its phasesIdentify selection criteria and actively manage the whole life cycle for a partnership, from requirements definition to ultimately support in contract definition and communication strategyContribute to the strategic vision of Business Banking, bringing its expertise to elevate the offeringContinually assess the performance of launched partnerships, monitoring external market trends and competitor benchmark, to ensure a customer proposition as effective as possibleCreate requirements and business cases to support the evolution of the offeringParticipate in the design phase of partnership set-up, ensuring alignment with market trends and compliance with ING standardsCollect market insights, ensuring adaptability and responsiveness to market dynamicsRequired skills:Master's or bachelor's degree, postgraduate or equivalent background in Economics, Management, Engineering and similar is desirable.5+ years of working experience in banking/fintech/strategy consultingProven track record in Partnership start-up and managementA remarkable knowledge of national and international Banking/Fintech market is needed, including innovation trends,
