PpWe are looking for a Technical Support Specialist on behalf of our partner, RISCO. RISCO is a global leader in smart security solutions, providing advanced intrusion detection systems, cloud-based security platforms, and integrated monitoring technologies for residential, commercial, and enterprise customers worldwide. The company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide after-sales technical support for Smart Home and Smart Building automation solutions, working closely with partners, installers, distributors, and customers across the Italian market. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support and remote diagnostics to resellers, distributors, installers, system integrators, and end users /li liAnalyze technical issues and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions /li liSupport the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of smart home, building automation, networking,



and security systems /li liMaintain technical documentation and product knowledge resources /li liDeliver technical training sessions for installers and system integrators /li liManage support tickets and coordinate on-site activities when required /li liHandle RMA processes and analyze returned products /li liReport recurring technical issues and customer feedback to internal technical teams /li liIdentify opportunities to promote additional products and services /li liCollaborate closely with technical, support, and sales teams /li /ul pPlease note: As part of the hiring process, all candidates are required to complete an AI interview. /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in technical support, system installation, or deployment /li liExperience with smart home, building automation, security, networking, HVAC, electrical, fire protection, or video surveillance systems /li liExperience working in a B2B technical support environment /li liStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills /li liGood understanding of installation processes and project implementation /li liExperience with technical documentation and reporting /li liExperience delivering technical training is an advantage /li liConversational English /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
