Reported sales in 2022 were $9.0 billion. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liAnalyze and verify internal consistency, completeness and mathematical accuracy of accounting documents, make adjustments, as necessary; /li liPerform account reconciliation; troubleshoot and analyze discrepancies; /li liResponsible in preparing, adjusting and closing journal entries; /li liInvestigate,
review and verify accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records; /li liCoordinate accounting matters with other departments, locations and divisions. (e.g., Customer Service, Procurement, Warehouse, etc); /li liManage the preparation of monthly and year‑end closings according to Local/US GAAP; /li liLiaise relationship between Internal Dept. and External Auditors to fulfill all Audit requirements; /li liPreparation of the VAT and other local taxes for Italy; /li liEnsuring compliance with all Avery Dennison Policies (Accounting non‑Accounting related). /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Economy or related field; /li li2-4 years accounting taxes (Corporate or Big Four); /li liFluency in English; /li liUnderstands fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of accounting and general ledger; /li liVery good analytical skills and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles are essential; /li liVery good IT knowledge, in particular Excel and Oracle exposure; /li liHFM Knowledge as a nice to have. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pAvery Dennison is an equal opportunity employer. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
