Assuring highest care about People management. Managing operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s). Managing the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement.



Monthly monitoring the operation's span of control and building a strategy Promoting the continuous improvement of culture and sustainability of the program Leading by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's needs; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities.
