You will lead algorithm development from prototyping to real-world deployment. /p pThis is a core technical role in the company. You will work on state-of-the-art vision systems applied to remote sensing, industrial inspection and environmental monitoring, taking solutions from research concept to deployed product. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop and optimise computer vision algorithms and deep learning pipelines for sensing applications /li liLead the technical architecture of vision-based products from prototyping to production deployment /li liImplement and evaluate state-of-the-art models for object detection, segmentation, classification and tracking /li liDevelop data processing pipelines for satellite,



drone and ground-based imagery /li liCollaborate with the research team on EU-funded RD projects involving AI and sensing /li liPerform model training, validation and optimisation on real-world datasets /li liEnsure code quality, documentation and reproducibility of results /li liMentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy /li /ul h3Must-have Requirements /h3 ul liMSc or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning or related field /li liMinimum 4 years of professional experience in computer vision or deep learning /li liStrong proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow /li liSolid experience with CNN architectures, transformers and modern detection/segmentation frameworks /li liExperience deploying ML models in production environments /li liFamiliarity with MLOps practices (Docker, CI/CD, model versioning) /li /ul h3Nice-to-have Requirements /h3 ul liExperience with remote sensing or satellite imagery analysis (SAR, multispectral, hyperspectral) /li liKnowledge of 3D vision, point cloud processing or SLAM /li liExperience with edge deployment (NVIDIA Jetson, ONNX, TensorRT) /li liPublications in top-tier venues (CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, NeurIPS) /li liExperience with EU-funded research projects /li /ul h3Personal Requirements /h3 ul liDeep technical expertise combined with practical engineering mindset /li liPassionate about pushing the boundaries of applied AI /li liSelf-driven and able to work independently on complex problems /li liStrong communicator who can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders /li liCommitted to code quality and best practices /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
