Assistant Site Manager – Sawdey Solution Services, Inc.
Location: Naples, Italy (On‑site)
Employment Type: Full‑time
Salary: Annual base salary range: TBD (general guideline only)
About the Role
Assist in managing and supervising site operations, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and maintaining facility security and cyber security measures.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise day‑to‑day employee activities.
- Ensure contract compliance, facility security, and COMSEC management.
- Develop contingency plans for natural disasters, civil disturbances, power outages, and bomb threats.
- Oversee cyber security and quality control programs, including 3M management.
- Execute low‑level engineering tasks for DISA Telecommunications Service Requests (TSR) and Service Orders.
- Assist with installation and upgrade projects, as well as routine and emergent wiring, cabling, and configuration changes.
- Serve as alternate ISSO and perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Meet DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) qualification.
- Minimum 5 months of documented formal training in SHF, EHF, or UHF satellite earth terminal operations and maintenance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience within the last 12 years in SHF/EHF/UHF satellite earth terminal site management,
administration, and supervision of personnel.
- Experience with IT project management and documented SATCOM training.
- Proficient communication skills to interact with customers and fulfill contract duties.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Education Requirements
Associate’s Degree preferred.
Certifications & Licenses
PMP preferred.
Security Clearance
Secret clearance required.
Citizenship
Position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements.
