Fluency in English is mandatory.
Italian knowledge would be a plus.
Prior experience at greenfield food industry plant projects as a draftsman will be advantageous.
Advanced proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software both 2D and 3D

Position Summary
Making the technical drawings needed by the project team in the design studies of new green field food production facility planned to be established.
Integrating the drawings from the suppliers into the main drawings within the scope of the project.
Creation of BIM 360 Project Folder Structure
Keep the BIM 360 Folder Strcuture organized
Comply with occupational health and safety rules.
A Day in the Life of a Technical Design Specialist
Analyzing building specifications, codes, and sites
Communicating with architects, engineers, project team and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
Creating technical drawings from sketches and specifications.
Preparing,
reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
Printing CAD drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, and structural and maintenance engineers.
Entering CAD data into building information modeling (BIM) systems to create 3-D models and renderings.
Design diagrams, maps and layouts to illustrate workflow
Preparing drawings, charts, and records with CAD equipment and conventional drafting techniques.
Visiting construction sites to perform measurements and calculate dimensions as needed.
Collaborating with project team to ensure adherence to building specifications and industry regulations.
Keeping abreast of the latest developments and technologies in drawing environment.
Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.
Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
Describe production methods step-by-step (including equipment and software types to be used)
Create manuals that describe existing products' operation, features and maintenance.
