In this role you drive the Insights agenda for a European category, shaping consumer, shopper, and category understanding to guide brand strategy, innovation, and activation.
You work with cross-functional teams to embed insights in brand plans and maintain alignment with global networks.
You will apply advanced methods to translate human motivations into actionable business recommendations, and you'll lead next-gen insights capabilities across data sources and digital tools.
This is a growth-focused, collaborative role that blends analytics with storytelling to influence senior decision-makers.

Lead category insights strategy and learning initiatives aligned with Global Portfolio and Insights networks
Develop and deliver the Category Insights learning plan, including consumer tensions and behavioral trends
Apply qualitative, quantitative, and observational methods to uncover consumer truths
Translate consumer understanding into clear business guidance for marketing, commercial, and innovation teams
Support category marketing performance analytics to enable brand growth
Integrate multiple data sources to deliver coherent, holistic insights
Leverage AI/ML, predictive analytics, and digital intelligence to translate signals into opportunities
Use digital ethnography, social listening, sentiment AI, and cultural intelligence to detect emerging behaviors and whitespace opportunities
Provide insights leadership across marketing processes from opportunity identification to new product launches
Drive a culture of curiosity and learning, acting as the voice of the consumer to marketing teams
Contribute to EU OU and Global OU insights networks by sharing learnings and best practices
Lead and develop capability in the insights function within the team and network
Collaborate effectively in a matrixed organization
5–7+ years of experience in Consumer & Shopper Insights, Market Research & Analytics, Category Management, or related field
Strong understanding xysqume of core research methodologies, including agile approaches
Ability to synthesize consumer, cultural, and market insights into clear recommendations
Experience identifying emerging trends and translating insights into opportunities
Strong analytical skills to turn complex data into compelling narratives
Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence across functions
Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic environments and shifting priorities
Collaborative mindset and effectiveness in a matrixed organization
